I'm a product executive at Facebook working on cross-functional projects as part of the Facebook App Leads team. Previously, I was the Vice President of Global Expansion at Intuit. I also led the Payments Business and the Quickbooks Money Movement Platform product team (16th largest acquirer in the US), while concurrently serving as CEO and President of Intuit Payments Inc. a subsidiary overseeing licensed money transmission activities for Mint and Quickbooks.
As OkCupid's Chief Product Officer, I served as one of two C-level executives leading the company through its IPO as part of the Match Group (MTCH- $1.1B 2016 revenue), directly managing the product, design, front-end development, app development, marketing, and customer support teams.
I received an MBA from MIT, and an MA and a BA from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and was recently awarded the 2020 Fast Company Queer 50, 2019 Latino Leadership Award (by the Silicon Valley Business Journal) and the 30 Under 40 (by Expansión/CNN Magazine Mexico).
Growing up in Mexico, I was a three-time national ice-skating champion. I've lived in 8 countries, traveled to 49 (excited about #50!)
I often speak about technology, women leadership and diversity
