Jimena Almendares is a Board Member of Stanford Medical and Lifetime, a fitness US public company. Most recently, Jimena was the General Manager of Customer Experience at Meta, offering support to ~3.7B users, advertisers, businesses, and creators across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and all Meta products.Previously, Jimena was the VP of Global Expansion at Intuit and the CEO and President of Intuit Payments Inc. She was also Chief Product Officer at OkCupid, leading the company through its IPO as part of the Match Group.
Jimena holds an MBA from the MIT, a B.A., and an M.A. from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. She was awarded the 2021 BoardIQ Hispanic Hall of Fame, 2020 Fast Company Queer 50, 2019 Silicon Valley Business Journal Latino Leadership Award, and the 30 Under 40 (by Expansion/CNN Magazine Mexico).
A Mexican three-time national ice-skating champion, Jimena has worked in 16 countries, traveled to 49, and speaks 5 languages.
